Description

Common pleas judge, Edward Blythin, rules that Dr. Samuel H. Sheppard is not entitled to bail. During the hearing, William J. Corrigan gave an impassioned concluding argument in which he turned to Dr. Sam and said, "Stand up and look at the judge", but Sheppard remained seated.
