Description
Dr. Sam's attorney, William J. Corrigan, complains in person to the Sheriff about being prevented from seeing his client in jail before the police detectives question him. Corrigan gives a statement, which is reported here, and adds, "I consider it a violation of the law and rules set down by Common Pleas Court."
