Description

Defense attorney, William J. Corrigan, will file a Writ of Certiorari with the United States Supreme Court today to consider the appeal of Dr. Samuel H. Sheppard, who is now serving a life sentence. The document generally contends that Sheppard was not accorded a fair trial because of undue influence from the media, which allegedly also influenced Judge Blythin.
