Sam Sheppard's brother, Stephen Sheppard, won a unique commitment from the Cuyahoga County prosecutor office.They stated that they would continue to investigate all new and fresh evidence in his brother case. The Prosecutors stated that they would look into it, even though they are convinced of Sam Sheppard guilt.
