Description
Dr Richard Sheppard, the brother of Dr. Sam Sheppard, who was convicted of killing his wife, told the press that it would be his brother decision on the next course of legal action. The U.S Supreme Court has ruled out more appeals, after refusing to grant a hearing for the second time.
