Description
This article explains that the ruling of a new trial, in the Sam Sheppard case, by Judge Blythin is likely to be delayed after he hears the oral arguments on the motions. The Judge stated that due to other work and that he has not yet read over the four counter-affidavits filed by the state nor the 50-page document submitted by the defense-hired criminologist.
