Description
Article describes that Sam, having been denied an appeal for the second time within a week, will be taken to the Ohio Penitentiary. An appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court is plan. The article also reports that criminal and appellate court costs for the Sheppard murder case totaled $4,562.43.
