Getting down to Business Cards – with Wendy Partridge
Sunday Oct. 27th and Sunday Nov. 3rd
Make your own business cards and learn to use the Chandler and Price, the Letterpress Studio’s fastest press. This workshop will go over the basics of setting type by hand and the mechanics of printing on the C & P. Come with the text of your business card and some samples of the paper you would like to use. (Proofs of old prints can make terrific business card backs.) Due to space restrictions the workshop is limited to four people. Class runs 2 consecutive Sundays Oct 27th + Nov 3rd from 10am-4pm (Participants encouraged to bring a packed lunch). $150 includes one Free Open Studio Pass.
