Abstract
This capstone included an 8-week curriculum designed and implemented to meet the needs of individuals with an intellectual/developmental disability at The Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Ohio. This program addressed transitions to independent living skills, such as post-secondary education, employment skills, and overall life skills to increase independence in their community.
