Abstract
This capstone included the implementation of an 8-week resiliency-building program for children with chronic pain and their caregivers. This program provided the children and caregivers with education on mindfulness, coping strategies, and social support to overcome challenges they experience to promote resiliency while improving their overall quality of life.
