Abstract
Police report detailing police officer Howard Smith's visit to Huntington Beach to question the cleaning crew. Smith asked the crew if they had found a t-shirt or anything that could have been the murder weapon. The members of the cleaning crew answered that they did not believe that they had unless it had been in a waste basket and accidentally dumped.
