Abstract
Supplemental report regarding information from Mr. Elmer Hessert. Mr. Hessert reported to police that hie employee, Essau P. Sarameda, acted strangely on the morning of July 6, 1954 and then left work abruptly. Willoughby Police later called Mr. Hessert to let him know that they had arrested Sarameda on a breaking and entering charge. Report includes information on Sarameda's prior record. Bloody clothing found at Sarameda's home was sent to coroner.
