Abstract
On the morning of July 4th, 1954, Dr. Robert Carver was called to the Sheppard home where he assisted Dr. Stephen Sheppard with getting Sam into a station wagon. At the hospital, Dr. Carver accompanied Sam to radiology and also looked at Sam's x-rays.
