Abstract
This report states that Mayor J. Spencer Houk told Bay Village Police Chief Eaton that Sam was having an affair with a Bayview nurse. Houk also said that about six months ago, Marilyn and Sam traveled to California together for a conference. During that time, Sam left Marilyn "in the hills" and drove to Los Angeles to see his lover. When Marilyn found out about this "there were several more arguments in which Dr. Sheppard was supposed to fly into a rage."
