Abstract
The Sheppard Estate moves the court to order the production of Jack Lee Fisher’s institutional file to test the inmate’s credibility. Fisher claimed that he heard Sam Sheppard tell another inmate during an argument that he would kill the inmate "like I killed Marilyn." The State eventually decided against using Jack Fisher as a witness at trial.
