Abstract
This Judgment from the Supreme Court of the United States ordered the habeas corpus appeal from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit reversed with costs; this cause also was remanded to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio for further proceedings in conformity with the opinion of the Court.
