Abstract
The positive impact of education on individuals' well being is now recognized by all progressive societies. Consolidating individual prosperity in turn determines the wealth of the nation. From the other side, reality confirms that countries with higher per capita income tend to spend more funds on education, which leads to further GDP growth. Investments in education are therefore absolutely crucial for constant economic and institutional development, political and social stability in a country.
