Abstract
The State of Ohio’s motion to prevent the jury from hearing the testimony of expert witnesses Chapman, John Wilson and Rajit Chakraborty. The State argues that the submission of the expert testimony by the Estate of Sam Sheppard was not timely and that the State cannot reasonably be expected to locate a rebuttal expert in the short period of time before trial.
