Abstract
Beth Knorr currently works as the Farmers' Market Manager for Cuyahoga Valley Countryside Conservancy. She has earlier non-profit and farming experience through her work at the Crown Point Ecology Center in Bath, OH, where she met the director of Countryside Conservancy, Darwin Kelsey. Beth and her husband still work on the Crown Point farm, where they grow mainly vegetables.
