Artist's Statement

A purpose in my current abstract works tis to explore the possibilities of color. Color is the main design element I use to express the energy I see in nature.

Some influences are Japanese and Chinese landscape painting, Monet, Matisse, Mondrian, Mark Rothko and colorfield painting.
