Firefox seems to be the best all around browser for this application on both Windows and Mac. If viewing from a Windows 7 computer, we definitely recommend using the Firefox browser. If you have difficulty viewing, you may want to download and install the latest version of the "Silverlight" plugin, and restart your browser.
