Description
Sam Sheppard Will be arraigned tomorrow before common pleas judge, Arthur H. Day, who will ask Sheppard to enter a plea of either "guilty", or "not guilty". However, William J. Corrigan said he would ask the judge to schedule a hearing on his application for bail to "refute the presumption of guilt contained in the indictment".
