Description
Article discusses the process the U.S. Supreme Court will follow before deciding whether to grant a hearing of Dr. Sam's appeal. Sheppard's attorneys feel that Sheppard's Constitutional rights to a fair trial were violated. The State's attorney's deny all those claims.
