Assistant County Prosecutor reveals "vital new" evidence that has come to light after a phone call he had with a woman from a nearby State. Sheriff's Sweeney and Yettra told reporters that they will thoroughly investigate the story. All officials involved in the prosecutorial side agreed that even if the evidence is true, it would not upset the conviction against Sheppard, which happened 22 months ago.
