Description
Dr. Paul Kirk presented a 50 pg. affidavit yesterday to Common Pleas Judge Edward Blythin, supporting the application for a new trial for Dr. Sheppard, by suggesting new evidence needs to be disproved. The Prosecution disputes the information contained within the affidavit.
