Description
Prosecutor Saul Danaceau rejects the "new evidence" advanced in an affidavit by Prof. Paul L. Kirk, a criminologist working for the defense, calling it a "rehash of defense arguments at the trial." Before Kirk returned to his home in California, he expressed that catching the "real killer is police work, and I'm not a policeman."
