Author Biography
Heather Caprette works as a Senior Media Developer and Instructional Designer in the Center for eLearning at CSU. She has continued professional development with Quality Matters and facilitates the Applying the Quality Matters Rubric Workshop, as well as other faculty and staff training. Before coming to CSU in 2010, she worked for five years as an Online Instructional Course Design Specialist for Ohio Northern University's Office of Information Technology. She has also worked for OSU for 17 years in various positions, including web design and medical photography. She holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Design from The Ohio State University, a certificate in Training and Development from CSU, and a certificate in Web Design from the Monte Ahuja College of Business' Professional Development Center. Her interests are affordable learning initiatives and web accessibility. She loves creative technology!
