The new artificial intelligence (AI) tools represented by ChatGPT can be very useful for teaching and learning activities. These AI tools can be used for finding and evaluating open educational resources (OERs). Fox example, we can use these tools to search for OERs on specific topics, evaluate the quality of OERs, recommend OERs based on specific needs, provide background information on specific OERs, and facilitate collaboration among educators who are working on developing or using OERs. However, there can be concerns over accuracy, bias, lack of human interaction, limited scope, and intellectual property issues.
