Abstract
Hubach and Drenkhan filed this report regarding a tip made to the Elmwood Police Department. Hubach and Drenkhan took Henry Fuehrer to Bay Village to elicit further information regarding his statement. He stated that he recognized some areas as places that he had run through, but he quickly became confused as to where he was.
