Abstract
Helen Schuele, a neighbor of the Sheppards, stated that she and her husband (Karl) went to bed around 11pm the night before, and that her children and a house guest returned home around 1:30am. She also stated that they did not hear or see anything suspicious and that the Sheppards seemed to get along nicely together. She mentioned that a tree trimmer had been around the house looking for work on July 1.
