Description

a) We were to create an abstract animation that utilized multiple particle simulations. b) As required for the assignment, I used Autodesk Maya and Adobe After Effects. c) With regards to my intent of the piece, I think it's common to abstract life in the context of love, emotion, etc. So I wanted to abstract it in a more chemical/scientific way (rhythm plus energy equals life). I don't necessarily believe this, but it was an interesting idea to explore and ponder.

This is the first project I created with a 3D software, Autodesk Maya. Needless to say, it was a steep learning curve.
